摘  要:【目的】旨在调查新疆巩乃斯镇、和布克赛尔县及拜城县的3个羊场绒毛用羊寄生虫的感染情况。【方法】在畜禽遗传资源普查过程中对90只绒毛用羊进行蠕虫学全身剖检,收集虫体,计数并进行分类鉴定。【结果】共检出4种(类)寄生虫,分别为马歇尔线虫、毛尾线虫、细颈囊尾蚴和矛形歧腔吸虫。优势虫种为马歇尔线虫,总感染率为57.78%,其次为毛尾线虫,总感染率为23.33%,细颈囊尾蚴总感染率为13.33%。与巩乃斯镇、和布克赛尔县的半舍饲羊相比,拜城县的全舍饲羊感染的虫种更少,感染率更低。【结论】马歇尔线虫与细颈囊尾蚴同时感染的情况较为普遍,应加强圈舍卫生,防止环境寄生虫污染及病原传播,本研究为羊场做好计划性驱虫提供了基础数据参考。【Objective】The aim is to investigate the infection of parasites in cashmere-producing sheep in three sheep farms in Gongnaisi Town,Hoboksar County and Baicheng County.【Methods】90 cashmere goats were subjected to helminthological body examination during livestock and poultry genetic resources survey in Xinjiang,and the parasites were collected and counted for classification.【Results】4 species(categories)of parasites were detected out,including Marshallagia sinkiangensis,Trichuris trichura,Cysticercus tenicollis and Dicrocoelium lanceatum.The dominant species was Marshallagia sinkiangensis,the total infection rate of which was 57.78%,followed by Trichuris trichura(23.33%)and Dicrocoelium lanceatum(13.33%).Compared with the semi-house-fed sheep in Gongnaisi Town and Hoboksar County,the housed goats in Baicheng county were infected with fewer parasite species,and the infection rate was lower.【Conclusion】The mixed infection of nematodes and Cysticercus tenicollis were common.Hygiene measures should be strengthened to prevent parasitic contamination and pathogen transmission.Basic data were provided by the study for scientific deworming in goat farms.
