摘　　要：文章运用系统工程学思维,通过对R企业现有的顶线油回抽流程以及润滑油的混合黏度计算公式进行分析,建立了待装产品混合黏度与顶线油回抽加入比例的数学模型。文章借助R企业实际生产的10批齿轮油数据,通过线性回归的方式推导出随机误差项的数值,确定了目标数学模型的最终表达式,并借助EXCEL软件建立了顶线油回抽的判定程序,通过判断待装油品的实际罐存是否达到计算罐存下限值的方式判定是否可以执行顶线油回抽操作,该模型对指导R企业实际生产中的顶线油操作具有实际意义。This paper employs a system engineering approach to analyze the existing switched oil pumping process at R Company and the mixed viscosity calculation formula for lubricants.A mathematical model was established to relate the mixed viscosity of the products to the proportion of switched oil to be pumped.Utilizing actual production data from 10 batches of gear oil produced by R Company,the numerical value of the random error term was derived through linear regression,determining the final expression of the target mathematical model.Additionally,an Excel-based determination program for switched oil pumping was created,which assesses whether the actual tank inventory of the product meets the calculated lower inventory limit,thereby determining if the switched oil pumping operation can be executed.This model holds practical significance for guiding the switched oil operations in R Company's actual production.
