摘 要:为了全面了解小麦新品种新麦58的特征特性及育种价值,以2019—2021年度国家冬小麦品种试验黄淮海南片水地组区域试验和2021—2022年度国家冬小麦品种试验黄淮海南片水地组生产试验结果汇总为数据素材,采用方差分析、变异系数(CV)、高稳系数(HSC)和适应度等分析方法,对该品种的丰产性、稳产性和适应性进行分析。结果表明:2019—2020年度区域试验、2020—2021年度区域试验、2021—2022年度生产试验,新麦58增产点率分别为81.8%、87.0%和100.0%;平均产量分别为8394.0、8239.5和9264.5 kg/hm^(2),分别较对照品种周麦18增产3.25%、3.84%和5.69%,差异均达到了显著水平。2 a区域试验中,新麦58产量CV分别为8.31%和9.26%,均相对较小;HSC分别为86.06%和85.66%,均>CK,处于较高水平;适应度分别为77.3%和65.2%,均相对较高;平均蛋白质含量16.21%、湿面筋含量35.1%、吸水率61%、拉伸面积156 cm^(2)、最大拉伸阻力690 EU、稳定时间29.9 min,主要品质性状指标均达到国家强筋小麦标准。新麦58具有较好的丰产性、稳产性和适应性,产量构成三因素协调,是一个极具推广潜力的耐病、高产稳产、广适的优质强筋小麦新品种。In order to comprehensively understand the characteristics and breeding value of the new wheat variety Xinmai 58,the results of the regional tests in 2019-2021 and production test in 2021-2022 of the irrigated land group of south Huang-Huai-Hai of the national winter wheat variety test were summarized as data materials.The analysis methods such as variance analysis,coefficient of variation(CV),high stability coefficient(HSC),and fitness were used to analyze the high yield,stable yield,and adaptability of this variety.The results showed that the yield increase rates of Xinmai 58 in the regional tests of 2019-2020 and 2020-2021,and the production test of 2021-2022 were 81.8%,87.0%,and 100.0%,respectively.The average yield were 8394.0,8239.5,and 9264.5 kg/hm^(2),respectively,which increased by 3.25%,3.84%,and 5.69%compared to the control variety Zhoumai 18,and the differences were significant.In the 2a regional tests,the CV of yield were 8.31%and 9.26%,respectively,which were relatively small.The HSC were 86.06%and 85.66%,both higher than CK,indicating a relatively high level.The fitness rates were 77.3%and 65.2%,both relatively high.The average protein content was 16.21%,the wet gluten content was 35.1%,the water absorption rate was 61%,the stretching area was 156cm^(2),the maximum stretching reswastance was 690 EU,and the stability time was 29.9 min.The main quality indicators meet the national standards for strong gluten wheat.Xinmai 58 has good high yield,stability,and adaptability,and the three factors of yield composition are coordinated.It is a high-quality and strong gluten wheat new variety with great potential for promotion,which is disease resistant,high-yield and stable,and widely applicable.
