摘 要:【目的】通过分析河南省2024年7月连续暴雨期间气象预警信号的时空分布特征及其效果,评估预警系统的响应能力,为气象灾害的监测与应对提供科学依据。【方法】研究采用属地化和类型化的分类统计方法,收集2024年6月28日至7月31日期间120个气象台站发布的2722条气象灾害预警信号数据。通过时间序列分析,对比历史同期观测数据,全面分析不同类型预警信号的分布特征、发布频次及具体特点。【结果】结果显示,预警信号与历史实况高度一致且空间分布能够精确覆盖南阳市等重灾区。【结论】验证了河南省气象预警发布系统在此次暴雨事件中的高效性,指出不同地区预警发布数量和时效性存在差异。建议未来进一步完善预警系统功能,强化预警信息的多渠道发布,提升应对气象灾害的能力和效率。[Purposes]By analyzing the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics and effects of meteorological early warning signals during the continuous rainstorm in Henan Province in July 2024,the response ability of the early warning system is evaluated,which provides a scientific basis for the monitoring and response of meteorological disasters.[Methods]The research employs localized and typified statistical methods to collect data on 2722 meteorological disaster warning signals issued by 120 meteorological stations from June 28 to July 31,2024.Time series analysis is conducted to compare historical observation data,comprehensively analyzing the distribution characteristics,issuance frequency,and specific features of different types of warning signals.[Findings]The results show that the warning signals are highly consistent with historical realities,and their spatial distribution accurately covers heavily affected areas such as Nanyang City.[Conclusions]This study validates the effectiveness of the meteorological warning release system in Henan Province during this rainfall event,highlighting the differences in the quantity and timeliness of warning releases across different regions.It is suggested that future improvements to the warning system should enhance its functionality and strengthen the multichannel dissemination of warning information,thereby increasing the capacity and efficiency for responding to meteorological disasters.
