摘 要:近年来随着免疫治疗的应用和流式细胞术检测技术的进步, 多参数流式细胞术精细化分析免疫细胞亚群的临床应用也越来越广泛。中华检验医学杂志编委会组织"基于多参数流式细胞术的精细化免疫细胞亚群分析及临床应用"专题报道, 凝练多参数流式细胞术进行免疫细胞精细化分型的临床应用现状及进展, 全面认识实验室检测面临的挑战, 以促进其在临床疾病诊疗中的规范应用。In recent years,the application of immunotherapy and advancements in flow cytometry detection technology have significantly broadened the clinical opplication of multi-parameter flow cytometry for deep phenotyping of immune cell subpopulations.The"Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine"has published a special report titled"Deep phenotyping and Clinical Applications of Immune Cell Subpopulations Based on Multi-parameter Flow Cytometry,"which synthesizes the current status and developments in the deep phenotyping of immune cell subpopulations through multi-parameter flow cytometry within clinical contexts,while also addressing the challenges encountered in laboratory testing to facilitate its standardized implementation in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
