摘　　要：结核病是由结核分枝杆菌引发的一种人兽共患传染病,是造成全世界哺乳动物死亡的重要原因之一。卡介苗是唯一被广泛应用的结核病疫苗,但其对成年人和动物结核病的保护效果仍存在不确定性。合成肽疫苗的作用机制是基于生物信息学筛选表位的方法,可以合成更集中的表位序列,更有效激活B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞,从而引发针对目标病原体的体液和细胞免疫应答。合成肽疫苗具有巨大的药物应用潜力,具有高选择性、高特异性、良好的耐受性、明确的化学成分、强稳定性和可大规模生产等优点,是预防结核病的优势候选疫苗。本文就目前结核病合成肽疫苗的抗原、佐剂、临床应用研究进展等方面进行综述,以期为结核病疫苗的开发提供理论参考。Tuberculosis(TB) is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and it is one of the major causes of mortality among mammals worldwide. The Bacillus Calmette-Guérin(BCG) vaccine is the only widely applied TB vaccine, but its efficacy in protecting adults and animals against TB remains uncertain. The mechanism of synthetic peptide vaccines is based on bioinformatics methods for epitope screening, which allows for the synthesis of more concentrated epitope sequences. This approach can effectively activate B lymphocytes and T lymphocytes, thereby triggering humoral and cellular immune responses against the target pathogen. Synthetic peptide vaccines have great potential for pharmaceutical applications, and they are advantageous candidates for TB prevention due to their high selectivity, specificity, good tolerability, well-defined chemical composition, stability, solubility, and scalability for production. This review discussed the current advancements in the research of synthetic peptide vaccines for TB, including antigens, adjuvants, and clinical applications, aiming to provide theoretical references for the development of TB vaccines.
