摘  要:奶水牛是全球第二大奶源供应体,主要分布在热带和亚热带地区,其汗腺不发达,其数量仅为普通牛的六分之一,蒸发散热能力有限。随着全球气候变暖加剧和极端高温天气频发,奶水牛健康和生产性能可能受到高温诱发热应激的不利影响。本文重点综述了热应激对奶水牛健康和泌乳性能的不利影响,并提出了相应防治策略,以期为提高奶水牛养殖环境和营养管理水平提供指导,为稳定和提高夏季奶水牛的生产性能提供参考。Dairy buffalos are the second-largest source of milk wordwide, which mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. They have poorly developed sweat glands, with only one-sixth the capacity of regular cattle, resulting in limited evaporative cooling capacity. With the intensification of global warming and the increasing frequency of extreme heat events, the health and productive performance of dairy buffalos may be adversely affected by heat stress induced by high temperatures. This paper focused on reviewing the adverse effects of heat stress on the health and lactation performance of dairy buffalos and proposed corresponding prevention and control strategies aiming to provide guidance for improving the environmental and nutritional management levels in dairy buffalo farming and to offer references for stabilizing and enhancing the milk production performance during the summer season.
