摘  要:我国是肉羊生产大国,但存在良种化肉羊推广程度低、繁殖方式相对落后、优异种公羊冻精生产量较少、利用率较低、解冻后活力较低等问题。公羊精液中的精清成分复杂,难以确定精液冷冻保存过程中其每种成分的具体作用。本文重点对公羊精清的化学组成、各成分作用及对冷冻精液品质的影响进行综述,以期为精液保存及利用提供参考。China is a major producer of meat sheep, but there are some problems, including low promotion of superior breeds, relatively backward breeding mode, low production and utilization rates of frozen semen from excellent breeding sheep, and low vitality after thawing. The components of seminal plasma in ram semen are complex, making it difficult to determine the specific role of each component in the process of semen cryopreservation. This paper focused on reviewing the chemical composition of ram seminal plasma, the role of its various components, and its effect on the quality of frozen semen, aiming to provide references for semen preservation and utilization.
