摘 要:二氯喹啉酸原为防除水稻田稗草的特效药剂,但连续使用导致稗草对其抗性越来越强。从黑龙江省水稻田采集对二氯喹啉酸表现抗性的稗草,研究叶片中响应二氯喹啉酸作用的相关酶活的变化特点,发现CAT酶(过氧化氢酶)活性越强,稗草对二氯喹啉酸的抗性越强;当受到二氯喹啉酸胁迫时,稗草的GST酶(谷胱甘肽S-转移酶)活性会下降,但其高抗种群GST酶活的降幅小于敏感种群。在此基础上分析相关酶的基因表达量变化,发现CAT的表达量有先升高后降低的趋势,高抗型稗草CAT表达量升幅明显大于敏感型稗草;GST酶表达量出现先降低后升高的趋势,高抗型稗草GST酶表达量变化的幅度明显小于敏感型稗草,上述两种酶的表达量越高,则稗草对二氯喹啉酸的抗性越强。研究结果可为稗草抗药性机理研究提供依据。Quinclorac was a specific herbicide used to control barnyard grass in rice fields,but its continued use has led to increasing resistance of barnyard grass to it.In this paper,the resistance mechanism of barnyard grass to quinclorac was investigated,focusing on changes in enzyme activity.It was found that the greater the activity of CAT enzyme(catalase),the greater the resistance of barnyard grass to quinclorac.Following quinclorac stress,the activity of GST enzyme decreased.However,the decline in GST enzyme activity was less pronounced in the high-resistant barnyard grass population compared to the sensitive population.The changes in gene expression of related enzymes showed that the expression of CAT initially increased and subsequently decreased.The increase of CAT expression in the high-resistant type was significantly higher than that observed in the sensitive type,indicating that the higher the gene expression of CAT enzyme,the greater the resistance of the barnyard grass to quinclorac.The expression of GST enzyme showed a pattern of first decreasing and then increasing.The change in GST enzyme expression in the high-resistant type was significantly lower than that in the sensitive type,indicating that the higher the expression of GST enzyme,the stronger the resistance of barnyard grass to quinclorac.This study provides a theoretical and practical basis for the integrated management of barnyard grass.
