摘 要:近年来,点蜂缘蝽(Riptortus pedestris)在黄淮海大豆主产区发生普遍,为害严重,已成为大豆生产上的重要害虫,是引起大豆“症青”因子之一。本研究在室内条件下,观察记录了点蜂缘蝽成虫的产卵节律动态,及其对不同介质的产卵选择性。结果表明,点蜂缘蝽主要集中在羽化后6~18 d内产卵,其间的产卵量占总产卵量的43.9%;日最高产卵量为188粒,产卵主要集中6:00—8:00和16:00—18:00进行。点蜂缘蝽成虫最喜欢选择在线和网布上产卵,产卵率分别为46.1%、39.5%,显著高于叶片组织和植株枝角。点蜂缘蝽成虫具有明显产卵节律和产卵选择性的研究结果,可为对其开展准确监测和绿色防控提供新思路。In recent years,Riptortus pedestris has become an important pest in the main soybean-producing areas of the Huang-Huai-Hai area,causing severe damage and contributing to the prevalence of the"staygreen syndrome"of soybean.This research was conducted under indoor conditions,whereby the oviposition rhythm dynamics and oviposition selectivity to different media were observed and recorded.The results showed that the oviposition mainly occurred between 6d~18d after emergence,with the number of eggs laid during this period representing 43.9% of the total number of eggs laid.The maximum number of eggs laid per day was 188,with the majority of oviposition occurring between 6:00 to 8:00 and 16:00 to 18:00.The R.pedestris adults preferred to oviposit on lines and nets,with oviposition rates of 46.1% and 39.5%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those on leaf tissues and plant branches.The results of the research on the evident oviposition rhythm and oviposition selectivity of R.pedestris adults offer insights for the development of accurate monitoring and green control strategies.
