摘 要:针对轿车钥匙外壳形状复杂、质量要求高的特点,对塑件进行工艺分析及材料选择,合理设计成型塑件的模具整体结构、布局、浇口位置等。模具采取抽芯结构,对抽芯小型芯、型腔板特殊要求的材料进行验证筛选,设计工艺柱进料,以避免高压的熔融塑料对抽芯小型芯的冲击影响塑件的成型质量。针对塑件倒扣结构,设计了使倒扣强制脱模让位的二次推出结构,针对抽芯小型芯和推杆推出位置存在干涉的问题,设计了推杆与抽芯小型芯的防撞结构。Considering the complex shape and high quality requirements of car key shells,it con⁃ducted process analysis and material selection for the moulded parts,and rationally designed the overall mould structure,layout,and gate position of the moulded parts.To ensure that the impact of high-pressure molten plastic on the miniature core would not affect the quality of the moulded parts,a core-pulling structure was adopted,and materials for miniature core and special require⁃ments for the cavity were verified and selected,and a process pillar gating was designed.For the undercut structure of the moulded parts,a secondary ejector structure was cleverly designed to al⁃low the undercut to be forcibly released.In addition,considering the interference between the min⁃iature core and the ejector pin ejection position,an anti-collision structure between the ejector pin and the miniature core was designed.
