摘  要:针对汽车玻璃窗装饰板的扣位内部存在加强筋和减料槽结构,由于扣位的空间有限,不能设计2个独立运行的滑块,设计了由大滑块带动小滑块运动的联动脱模机构。为了使小滑块沿加强筋与减料槽的斜度方向运动,在小滑块的两端设置导向块,导向块的斜度与加强筋、减料槽的斜度一致,当小滑块在大滑块表面滑动时,可确保加强筋与减料槽顺利脱模。采用热流道转普通流道的进料方式,消除了塑件表面的注射缺陷;采用组合式斜推机构,在组合斜推上设置加强杆,解决了斜推杆容易断裂的问题;设计了直齿条+斜齿条的斜推机构,由直齿条推动斜齿条运动,可减少大角度斜推卡死的问题。Aiming at the structure that both ribs and glue-reducing slots in the buckle position of the decorative plate of automobile glass windows,due to the limited space of the buckle,two inde⁃pendent sliding blocks could not be designed.So,a joint demoulding mechanism was designed in which the large sliding block drive the small sliding block to move.A guide block was arranged at both ends of the small slider to make it move along the slope direction of the rib position and the glue-reducing groove,and the slope of the guide block was consistent with the slope of the rib po⁃sition and the glue-reducing groove.When the small slider slides on the surface of the large slider,it could ensure the smoothly demoulding of rib position and the glue-reducing groove.The injec⁃tion moulding defects of the product surface were solved by using hot runner to cold runner.The combined inclined push structure was adopted,and reinforcing rods were set on the combined in⁃clined push,which effectively solved the easy breaking problem.The diagonal top structure of straight rack+diagonal rack was designed to solve the interference problem.
