摘  要:对塑件结构进行分析,设计了1副1模2腔的两板注射模,采用普通流道转潜伏式浇口浇注。根据塑件结构设计了滑块、定模斜推、动模斜推等脱模机构,为了方便定模斜推机构脱模,将模具设为2次开模,并将第1次开模设在定模板与定模座板之间。针对塑件内表面圆柱孔,采用推管组件脱模,将潜伏式浇口所对应的动模镶件设为小镶件,方便清除浇口凝料和加工模具零件。根据塑件结构及模具结构,设计了冷却效果良好的冷却系统,防止塑件变形。The structure of plastic part was analyzed,and a set of two-plate injection mould with two cavities was designed.It using ordinary runner and submarine gating system.According to the product structure,the demoulding mechanism of sliding block,inclined push block in the fixed half of mould and inclined push block in the moving half of mould were designed.In order to facili⁃tate the remoulding,the mould was set to open twice,and the first opening was set between the fixed template and the clamping plate of fixed half.The ejector tube assembly was used for de⁃moulding the cylindrical hole on the inner surface of the product.The moving die insert corre⁃sponding to the submarine gate was set as a small insert to facilitate the cleaning of gate material and the processing of mould parts.In order to prevent product deformation,a cooling system was designed according to product structure and mould structure.
