摘 要:高校在利用社交媒体开展思想政治教育过程中面临教师的教育主导地位受到社交媒体的挑战、大学生的价值观受到社交媒体的冲击、社交媒体中个人身份的隐匿性造成大学生难以适应现实生活等诸多困境。为优化学生思想政治工作,高校应以教育家精神激励教师,强化教师的数据分析能力,构建线上线下融合的教育平台,增强教育趣味性和互动性;应强化校规校纪,落实奖惩机制,以约束网上的不当言论;还应积极主动作为,督促平台加强内容监管,开发个性化学习路径。In the process of utilizing social media for ideological and political education,universities face numerous dilemmas,including the challenge to teachers'leading role by social media,the impact of social media on students'values,and the difficulty for students in adapting to real-life situations due to the anonymity of personal identities in social media.To optimize ideological and political education for students in higher education,universities should inspire teachers with the spirit of educators,strengthen teachers'data analysis abilities,construct an integrated online and offline educational platform,and enhance the fun and interactivity of education.Additionally,universities should reinforce school regulations and discipline,implement reward and punishment mechanisms to constrain inappropriate online comments,and proactively urge platforms to strengthen content supervision and develop personalized learning paths.
