摘 要:采用十字正交堆积方法对厚度为20 mm的Q345B低碳钢板进行多层多道激光填丝熔覆,研究了熔覆层的宏观形貌、微观组织、物相组成、显微硬度和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:采用多层多道激光填丝工艺获得的熔覆层宏观成形良好,无明显气孔、裂纹等缺陷;熔覆层主要由熔覆区、搭接区、相变影响区、熔合区、热影响区组成;母材组织主要为铁素体和珠光体,熔覆层显微组织主要为铁素体、魏氏体、马氏体;受显微组织和晶粒大小的影响,熔覆层硬度整体呈阶梯状分布,熔覆层平均硬度为320.13 HV,高于母材;在3.5%NaCl溶液中,熔覆层的极化曲线出现了钝化区域,其耐腐蚀性能优于母材。多层多道激光填丝熔覆工艺可以满足实际工程对熔覆层的制备需求。Multi-layer multi-pass laser wire-filling cladding of Q345B mild steel plate with a thickness of 20 mm was carried out by cross orthogonal surfacing method,and the macroscopic morphology,microstructure,phase composition,microhardness and corrosion resistance of the cladding layer were investigated.The results show that the macroscopic shape of the cladded layer obtained by multi-layer multi-channel laser wire filling process is good,with no obvious defects such as porosity,cracks,etc.The cladding layer mainly consists of cladded zone,overlapped zone,phase transition affected zone,fusion zone and heat affected zone.The microstructure of the base matal is mainly ferrite and pearlite,and the microstructure of the cladded layer is mainly ferrite,Widmanstatten structure and martensite.The hardness of the cladded layer overall shows a gradient distribution,which is mainly caused by the influence of the microstructure and the size of the grains,and the average hardness of the cladded layer is 320.13 HV,which is higher than that of the base matal.In 3.5%NaCl solution,the polarization curve of the cladded layer has a blunted region,and its corrosion resistance is better than that of the base metal.The multi-layer and multi-pass laser wire-filling cladding process can meet the preparation requirements of the actual engineering for the cladding layer.
