摘  要:本研究以Al B_(2)粉末作为硼源,以纯钛(TA1)粉末、Mo粉末为基体,通过真空热压烧结制备非均匀构型Ti B增强钛基复合材料。通过微观组织表征和力学性能测试,探讨了烧结时间和烧结温度的改变对复合材料组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:烧结工艺参数的改变没有明显改变Ti B增强相的形貌和分布。随着烧结时间的延长,复合材料的致密度、晶粒尺寸增加,其抗拉强度、抗压强度和基体显微硬度先增大后减小。随着烧结温度的增加,复合材料的抗拉强度、抗压强度、基体显微硬度也增加。当烧结温度为1300℃,烧结时间为60 min时,元素扩散充分,复合材料有较高的致密度和强度,其抗拉强度、抗压强度、α-Ti基体硬度分别为922.1 MPa、1960.4 MPa、425 HV。Taking AlB_(2) powder as the boron source,pure titanium(TA1)and Mo powders as the matrix,heterogeneous TiB reinforced Ti matrix composite were prepared by vacuum hot pressing sintering.Through microstructure characterization and mechanical properties testing,the influence of sintering time and sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite were systematically investigated.The results show that the sintering process parameters have no significant influence on the morphology and distribution of TiB reinforcements.With the extension of sintering time,the density and grain size of the composites increase,and the tensile strength,compressive strength and microhardness of the composite first increase and then decrease.With the increase of sintering temperature,the tensile strength,compressive strength and matrix microhardness of the composite also increase.When the sintering temperature is 1300℃,the sintering time is 60 min,the composite has high density and strength due to sufficient element diffusion,and the tensile strength,compressive strength andα-Ti matrix's hardness reach 922.1 MPa,1960.4 MPa and 425 HV,respectively.
