摘 要:铝合金以优异的性能获得越来越广泛的应用,但其高温抗蠕变性能不足限制了其高温环境的服役寿命。根据变质前后的Al-12Si-4.5Cu合金的金相照片构建了二维代表性体元有限元模型,进行蠕变行为的模拟仿真,并对Al-12Si-4.5Cu合金在350℃、15~25 MPa条件下的蠕变性能进行了测试。蠕变有限元结果表明:棒状共晶硅比球状共晶硅有更好的抗蠕变作用,未变质模型的稳态蠕变速率在15~25 MPa应力条件下比变质模型低51.4%~54.4%。试验结果表明:未变质合金的蠕变性能相较于变质后更好,表现为更低的稳态蠕变速率、更长的蠕变寿命以及更大的蠕变应变量,并且模拟计算结果与试验结果基本一致,表明采用二维代表性体元有限元模型进行蠕变模拟仿真具有一定的可行性。Aluminum alloys have gained more and more widespread applications for their excellent properties,but their insufficient high-temperature creep resistance limits their service life in high-temperature environments.A two-dimensional representative volume element finite element model was constructed for the simulation of creep behavior based on the metallographic photographs of Al-12Si-4.5Cu alloy before and after modification,and the creep performance of Al-12Si-4.5Cu alloy was tested at 350℃and 15-25 MPa.The creep finite element results show that the rod eutectic silicon has better creep resistance than the spherical eutectic silicon,and the steady-state creep rate of the unmodificated model is 51.4%-54.4%lower than that of the modificated model under the stress of 15-25 MPa.The results show that the creep performance of the unmodificated alloy is better than that of the modificated alloy,which is manifested by lower steady-state creep rate,longer creep life and larger creep strain,and the simulation calculation results are basically consistent with the test results,indicating that the use of two-dimensional representative volume element finite element model for creep simulation has a certain degree of feasibility.
