摘 要:采用放电等离子烧结的方式制备了不同氧化锆陶瓷掺杂量的钛基复合材料,研究了氧化锆颗粒添加前后钛基复合材料的微观组织及物相组成;测试并分析了氧化锆含量对钛基复合材料硬度和电化学腐蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明:钛基复合材料主要由等轴状初生α相、β相和次生α相及弥散分布的氧化锆增强相组成;随氧化锆陶瓷颗粒含量的增多,钛基复合材料的硬度从纯钛的282.26 HV显著提升至5wt%氧化锆含量对应的484.32 HV,且复合材料的腐蚀电位正移,腐蚀电流密度降低,复合材料的耐腐蚀性能提升。5wt%氧化锆含量的钛基复合材料具有更加优异的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。Ti based composites with different doping amount of ZrO2 ceramics were prepared using spark plasma sintering,and the microstructure and phase composition of the Ti based materials before and after the addition of ZrO2 particles were studied,and the influence of ZrO2 content on the hardness and electrochemical corrosion property of Ti based composite materials was tested and studied.The results indicate that the Ti based composite materials mainly consist of equiaxed primaryαphase,βphase,secondaryαphase and dispersed ZrO2 reinforcement phase.With the increase of ZrO2 content,the hardness of Ti based composite materials significantly increases from 282.26 HV of pure titanium to 484.32 HV of the composite with 5wt%ZrO2,and the corrosion potential of the composite materials shifts positively,and the corrosive current density decreases,and the corrosion resistance of the composite materials improves.Ti based composites with ZrO2 content of 5wt%exhibits superior mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
