摘　　要：低强度脉冲式超声波(LIPUS)作为心血管疾病的一种新兴治疗手段,具有促进血管新生、抑制炎症反应和改善心肌缺血等多重生物效应,且其安全性良好。本文综述近年来LIPUS在心血管疾病中的研究进展,旨在为其临床应用和科学研究提供参考。Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound,as an emerging therapeutic tool for cardiovascular diseases,has multiple biological effects,such as promoting vascular neovascularization,inhibiting inflammatory response,and improving myocardial ischemia,and it has a favorable safety profile.This article reviews the research progress of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound in cardiovascular diseases in recent years,aiming to provide reference for its clinical application and scientific research.
