摘　　要：共同富裕是中国社会主义的根本原则和奋斗目标,涵盖物质富裕和精神富足两个向度。文旅康养是老百姓能够普遍实现的精神文化生活方式之一,也是缩短贫富差距,全面推进乡村振兴的重要途径。从陇南、天水、平凉及庆阳(陇东南四市)文旅康养融合发展的资源基础和发展现状着眼,发现山水人文、“农体文旅”融合、少数民族村寨、红色文化旅游、非物质文化遗产等是其文旅康养发展的实践路径。研究发现,陇东南存在地域交通不便、旅游产品单一、宣传力度不够、景点“碎片化”、服务水平参差不齐等现实问题,并针对这些问题提出了解决策略。陇东南地区文旅康养整体发展水平相对较高,其经验和做法可以为其他地区提供启示和借鉴。Common prosperity is the cardinal principle and goal of socialism,which contains two dimensions:material prosperity and spiritual richness.Cultural travels of health and wellness is one of spiritual lifestyles that ordinary people can universally realize,and also an important approach to narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.From the perspective of resources and current situations of industry integration in Longnan,Tianshui,Pingliang and Qingyang(four cities in southeast of Gansu),it is found that landscape culture,“Sports,Agriculture,Culture and Tourism”integration,minority village,red culture tourism,intangible cultural heritage are all the practical approaches to developing Cultural Tourism Health and Wellness industry integration.In addition,there exist several real problems,such as inconvenient geographical transportation,simple types of tourism products,insufficient publicity,and fragmented scenic spots and varied levels of service.In terms of these problems,this paper puts forward some tactics and strategies.The overall development of the integrated industry Cultural Tourism and Health and Wellness in southeast of Gansu is relatively high,so its experience and practices can provide inspiration and reference for other regions.
