摘　　要：基于体裁理论,对新浪微博上2018-2024年期间的致歉声明的语篇结构特征进行分析。研究发现,致歉声明由9个语轮构成,每个语轮下包含若干语步。尽管致歉事件、发生地点和情景各不相同,这些声明整体具有标准化的结构特征,交际目的明确,并主要通过几个关键语言策略减缓负面事件对企业的影响,以重建公众对企业的信任。为企业面对负面事件时提供了有效的沟通和关系修复策略建议。This paper analyzes the move-step structure of apology statements on Sina Weibo from 2018 to 2024.Based on genre analysis,it is found that these apology statements are composed of nine moves,each containing several steps.Despite the differences in negative events,locations,and contexts,these statements exhibit overall standardized structural features,with clear communicative purposes and several key linguistic strategies employed to mitigate the impact of negative events on the company and rebuild public trust.This paper provides effective communication and relationship repair strategies for companies facing negative events.
