摘　　要：当前经济增速放缓、就业形势有待回升,国家政府部委制定政策扶持创新创业,此经济、政策大背景恰好处于创新创业最好的时代。国内关于创新创业导向下实践育人增效的相关研究较少。在明确创新创业导向下,通过创新创业对实践育人导向路径的延伸、拓宽;加强创新创业导向下实践育人参与主体协同发力,角色切实转变、突出学生主体的重要作用;多层面协同构建创新创业导向下实践育人生态系统;深耕“校企政—产学研”协同的实践育人合作模式,实现可持续实践育人增效,提升实现实践育人整体价值。The current economic growth rate is slowing down and the employment situation needs to rebound.The national government departments have formulated policies to support innovation and entrepreneurship.The economic and policy background happens to be in the best era of innovation and entrepreneurship.There is relatively little research on practical education and efficiency improvement under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship in China.Under the clear guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship,extending and broadening the path of practical education through innovation and entrepreneurship;Strengthen the collaborative efforts of practical education participants under the guid-ance of innovation and entrepreneurship,effectively transform their roles,and highlight the important role of students as the main body;Multi level collaborative construction of a practical education ecosystem guided by innovation and entre-preneurship;Deeply cultivate the practical education cooperation model of“school enterprise government industry univer-sity research cooperation”,achieve sustainable practical education efficiency,and enhance the overall value of practical ed-ucation.
