摘　　要：习近平总书记指出意识形态工作是一项极端重要的工作,社会主义核心价值观具有统领国家意识形态的功能,文化润疆恰恰是维护我国意识形态安全的重要抓手,以社会主义核心价值观把准文化润疆的方向具有重大意义。意识形态工作关乎国家政治安全,如何将文化润疆融入社会主义核心价值观的顶层设计尤为重要。本文以习近平总书记关于社会主义核心价值观和文化润疆的重要论述为理论指南、费孝通先生“中华民族多元一体”的关键阐述为思想支撑、民族文化和公共文化的丰富内涵为理论特色,深入挖掘社会主义核心价值观引领文化润疆的理论源头。基于此,探讨以社会主义核心价值观引领文化润疆的核心要义和铸就各民族共同家园的价值意蕴。General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that ideological work is an extremely important work,and the core socialist values have the function of guiding the country’s ideology.Nourishing Xinjiang with culture is precisely an important starting point for maintaining China’s ideological security,it is of great significance to use the core socialist values to nourish Xinjiang with culture.Xinjiang's ideological work is related to national political security,so how to integrate culture into the top-level design of so⁃cialist core values is particularly important.This paper pay attention to the general secretary’s exposi⁃tion on core socialist values and moistening Xinjiang with culture;the key exposition of Fei Xiaotong’s“di⁃versity and unity of the Chinese nation”as the ideological support;the rich connotation of national culture and public culture as the theoretical feature.It deeply explores the theoretical source of the core social⁃ist values leading the cultural nourishment of Xinjiang.Based on this,this paper further highlights the core essence of nourishing Xinjiang with culture under the guidance of the core socialist values and the value implication of creating a common home for all ethnic groups.
