摘 要:随着运营商网络复杂度及运维管理难度的持续增大,提升网络智能化水平、打造自智网络已成为业界共识。人工智能大模型在识别、理解、决策、生成等方面表现出显著优势,已成为推动网络智能化水平向L4+等级演进的核心驱动技术之一。这里的网络大模型是指用于信息通信网络运维及运营管理的人工智能大模型及相关系统工具的统称。对网络大模型产业发展及应用趋势进行了详细研究分析,梳理了国内外标准化、产业研究和应用进展,分析了网络大模型在网络运维及运营领域的重点应用场景,包括智能客服助手、投诉工单处理、网络运维助手、电信反诈助手等,并提出助手(Copilot)式和智能体(Agent)式两种应用模式,可为网络大模型的发展及应用提供参考。As the complexity of operators’networks and the difficulty of operation and maintenance management continue to increase,enhancing the level of network intelligence and creating a self-intelligent network become an industry consensus.Artificial Intelligence large models show significant advantages in recognition,understanding,decision making,generation and other aspects,and become one of the core driving technologies to promote the evolution of network intelligence level to L4+level.The network large model mentioned in this paper refers to the general name of artificial intelligence large model and related system tools used for information and communication network operation,maintenance and management.This paper conducts a detailed study and analysis on the industry development and application trend of network large model,reviews the standardization,industry research and application progress at home and abroad,and analyzes the key application scenarios of network large model in the field of network operation and maintenance,including intelligent customer service copilot,complaint handling copilot,network operation and maintenance copilot,telecom anti-fraud copilot,etc.,and puts forward two application modes of Copilot and Agent,which can provide reference for the development and application of network large model.
