摘  要:选择两种不同的温拌剂Evotherm、Sasobit制备温拌沥青并进行了黏温曲线测试,同时测试不同压实温度下温拌沥青混合料的空隙率及混合料的路用性能。研究结果表明:Evotherm/SBS I-D(E-SBS I-D)温拌改性沥青及Sasobit/SBS I-D(S-SBS I-D)温拌改性沥青较SBS I-D原样沥青分别可以降低约25℃及20℃的施工温度;通过黏温曲线可以准确确定不同类型改性沥青的施工温度;基于体积参数及路用性能评价指标可以直观地判定施工温度的合理性;对原样沥青及温拌沥青进行黏温曲线的测定,确定原样沥青所对应的规范规定的最低拌和温度的黏度,再选取温拌沥青相应黏度所对应的温度,即为最低拌和温度。In this paper,two different warm mix agents such as Evotherm and Sasobit are selected to prepare warm mix asphalt,and the viscosity-temperature curve is tested.The voids and road performance of warm mix asphalt mixture under different compaction temperatures are tested.The resuts show that the construction temperature of E-SBS I-D warm mix modified asphalt and S-SBS I-D warm mix modified asphalt can be reduced by approximately 25℃and 20℃,respectively,compared to the original SBS ID asphalt.The viscosity-temperature curves provide a precise means to determine the appropriate construction temperature of different modified asphalts.Specifically,the viscosity-temperature curves of both the original asphalt and the warm mixed asphalt are determined to identify the viscosity corresponding to the minimum mixing temperature specified in the specification for the original asphalt.Subsequently,the temperature corresponding to the viscosity of the warm mixed asphalt is determined,that is,the minimum mixing temperature.Based on volume parameters and pavement performance evaluation indicators,the suitability of construction temperatures can be intuitively assessed.
