摘 要:利用微生态制剂抑制和杀灭病原菌是提高动物健康水平、保障食品卫生的重要产业技术。通过过滤和冷冻干燥技术制备唾液乳杆菌SNK-6无细胞上清液(Cell-free supernatant,CFS),96孔板检测CFS对8个属13个种16株人畜共患病病原菌的最低抑菌浓度(Minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(Minimum bactericidal concentration,MBC)。结果表明:唾液乳杆菌SNK-6的CFS对检测的16株人畜共患病病原菌均有抑制和杀灭作用,但对不同菌株的MIC和MBC差异较大,其中对革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌和弯曲杆菌的MIC和MBC为1250—2500 mg∕L;对沙门氏菌的MIC和MBC为5000—10000 mg∕L;对奇异变形杆菌的MIC和MBC均为5000 mg∕L;对肺炎克雷伯菌的MIC和MBC均为10000 mg∕L;对革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC和MBC分别为5000 mg∕L和10000 mg∕L;对屎肠球菌、粪肠球菌和猪链球菌的MIC和MBC均为5000 mg∕L。研究结果表明,唾液乳杆菌SNK-6具有广谱抑菌和杀菌活性,可为唾液乳杆菌SNK-6 CFS预防和治疗主要细菌性疫病提供基础数据。The use of microecological agents to inhibit and kill pathogenic bacteria represents a significant industrial technology with the potential to enhance animal health and ensure food hygiene.In this study,cell-free supernatant(CFS)of Lactobacillus salivarius SNK-6 was prepared by filtration and freeze-drying techniques.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of CFS against 16 strains of zoonotic pathogens of 8 genera and 13 species were then detected in 96-well plates.The MIC and MBC of CFS against 16 strains of zoonotic pathogens of 8 genera and 13 species.The results demonstrated that the CFS of Lactobacillus salivarius SNK-6 inhibited and killed all 16 strains of zoonotic pathogens detected,but the MICs and MBCs of different strains varied considerably,with the MICs and MBCs of Gram-negative Escherichia coli and Campylobacter in the range of 1250-2500 mg∕L;Salmonella in the range of 5000-10000 mg∕L;MIC and MBC were 5000 mg∕L for Streptococcus chimaera;MIC and MBC were 10000 mg∕L for Klebsiella pneumoniae;MIC and MBC were 5000 mg∕L and 10000 mg∕L for the gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus;and MIC and MBC were 5000 mg∕L for Enterococcus faecium,Enterococcus faecalis,and Streptococcus suis,respectively.The study indicated that Lactobacillus salivarius SNK-6 has broad-spectrum bacteriostatic and bactericidal activities,which provide basic data for Lactobacillus salivarius SNK-6 CFS prevention and treatment of major bacterial epidemics.
