摘 要:猪流行性腹泻病毒(Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)是引起仔猪腹泻死亡的重要病因之一,目前尚无有效治疗药物。不同的PEDV毒株,其感染细胞方式、病毒增殖速度有所不同。目前,主要依靠消毒等预防管理措施防止病毒的传播和污染。本研究运用不添加胰酶法在体外贴壁培养细胞上分别感染PEDV CV777毒株和DR13毒株,检测紫外线对不同毒株的杀灭效果。结果显示:100 TCID_(50)DR13和CV777毒株需要使用48.6 m J∕cm^(2)的UV能量值灭活,10 000 TCID_(50)DR13和CV777毒株需要291.6 m J∕cm^(2)的UV能量值灭活。本研究对PEDV的防控具有重要意义。Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)is one of the important causes of diarrhea and death in piglets,and up to date,there are no effective therapeutic drugs and vaccines for PEDV.Different strains of PEDV differ in the way infecting cells and in the rate of viral proliferation.Currently,preventive management measures such as disinfection and sterilization are mainly relied upon to prevent virus transmission and contamination.In this study,we applied the trypsin-free method to infect the adherent cultured cells with CV777 and DR13 strains of PEDV in vitro separately,and tested the inactive effect of ultraviolet irradiation(UV)on different strains.The results showed that 100 TCID_(50)DR13 and CV777 strains were inactivated using a UV energy value of 48.6 mJ∕cm^(2)and 10000 TCID_(50)DR13 and CV777 strains were inactivated using a UV energy value of 291.6 mJ∕cm^(2).This study is of great significance for the prevention and control of PEDV.
