摘 要:智能视觉检测技术能够提高生产效率、降低成本并确保产品质量,在电子产品制造中具有广泛应用前景。基于此,探讨智能视觉检测技术在电子产品制造中的应用现状,分析其优势和面临的挑战,通过对智能视觉检测系统的关键组成部分进行研究,提出优化算法、改进硬件配置等策略以提升检测的精度和速度;讨论智能视觉检测技术与其他先进技术的融合应用,如机器学习、大数据分析等,以实现更全面、高效的质量控制;展望智能视觉检测技术在电子产品制造中的发展前景,并给出相关建议。Intelligent visual inspection technology can improve production efficiency,reduce cost and ensure product quality,and has a wide application prospect in electronic product manufacturing.Based on this,this paper discusses the application status of intelligent vision inspection technology in electronic product manufacturing,analyzes its advantages and challenges,and proposes strategies such as optimization algorithm and improvement of hardware configuration to improve the accuracy and speed of detection by studying the key components of intelligent vision inspection system.Discuss the integration of intelligent vision inspection technology with other advanced technologies,such as machine learning,big data analysis,etc.,to achieve more comprehensive and efficient quality control.The development prospect of intelligent visual inspection technology in electronic product manufacturing is prospected,and relevant suggestions are given.
