摘 要:某特种密封箱端盖固定件在工作时发生撕脱现象,造成附件掉落。对固定件撕脱机制进行分析,得到该固定件撕脱原因为固定件强度不足和连接孔分布不合理。对固定件材料铺层层数进行研究,提高了玻璃纤维的压缩率,增强了固定件材料的强度,对固定件连接孔分布进行仿真分析,重新分布连接孔位置,改善了孔间应力的分布,减轻了因加工连接孔造成的玻璃纤维受损程度。通过对固定件形状进行优化,进一步提高了固定件与端盖的黏接强度。经过试验验证,端盖固定件改进措施提高了固定件的撕脱强度。The end cover fixing part of a special sealing box was avulsed at work,which caused the attachment to fall off.By analyzing the tearing mechanism of the fixed part,it was concluded that the reason for the avulsion of the fixed part was the insufficient strength of the fixed part and the unreasonable distribution of the connecting holes.The number of layers of the fixing part material was studied,the compression rate of the glass fiber was improved,the strength of the fixing part material was enhanced,the distribution of the connecting hole of the fixing part was simulated and analyzed,the position of the connecting hole was redistributed,the distribution of the stress between the holes was improved,and the damage degree of the glass fiber caused by the processing connecting hole was reduced.By optimizing the shape of the fixing part,the bonding strength between the fixing part and the end cover was further improved.After experimental verification,the improvement measures of the end cover fixing parts improved the avulsion strength of the fixing parts.
