摘 要:为了探究动车组用铸造产品制造工艺缺陷的产生原因及其影响因素,采用宏观观察、金相检验、力学性能测试、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、断口分析、痕迹分析等方法对多个动车组用铸造产品缺陷件进行分析。结果表明:铸造产品制造时期因铸造成型工艺、热处理工艺、修补工艺产生的缺陷主要有原始铸造缺陷、不良的显微组织、焊修后未消除的原始缺陷、机械加工不良产生的缺陷等。In order to explore the causes and influencing factors of defects in the manufacturing process of casting products for motor train unit,macroscopic observation,metallographic examination,mechanical property test,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,fracture analysis,trace analysis and other methods were used to analyze the defects of casting products for multiple motor train unit.The results show that the defects caused by casting molding process,heat treatment process and repair process in the manufacturing period of casting products mainly included original casting defects,poor microstructure,original defects not eliminated after welding repair,and defects caused by poor machining.
