摘 要:某船舶海水管道用锡青铜截止阀在使用一段时间后发生泄漏现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相检验等方法对泄漏原因进行分析。结果表明:铸造锡青铜材料的化学成分符合相关标准的技术要求,显微组织未发现明显异常;密封面发生局部腐蚀,海水冲刷腐蚀是造成密封面局部腐蚀的主要原因,材料中铸造疏松的存在会促进腐蚀的发生,阀件密封不严导致泄漏的发生。A tin bronze globe valve for seawater pipeline of a ship leaked after being used for a period of time.The causes of leakage were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination and so on.The results show that the chemical composition of the cast tin bronze material met the technical requirements of the relevant standards,and no obvious abnormality was found in the microstructure.Local corrosion occurred on the sealing surface,and seawater erosion corrosion was the main cause of local corrosion on the sealing surface.The presence of casting porosity in the material will promoted the occurrence of corrosion,and the valve seal was not tightly sealed,resulting in leakage.
