摘 要:某化工企业容器入口不锈钢工艺气管发生开裂泄漏现象,采用宏观观察、渗透检测、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、断口分析等方法对气管泄漏原因进行分析。结果表明:泄漏管材料的化学成分、力学性能均符合标准要求,管段开裂性质为氯致应力腐蚀开裂,焊缝成形差和根部未焊透使工艺介质中的氯化物在焊接缺陷处聚集,增加了应力腐蚀开裂的敏感性。最后提出了改进建议,以降低氯致应力腐蚀开裂的可能性。Cracking and leakage of stainless steel process gas pipe at the entrance of a chemical enterprise container occurred.The causes of gas pipe leakage were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,penetrant test,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic examination and fracture analysis.The results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the leak pipe material met the requirements of the standard.The cracking property of the pipe section was chlorine-induced stress corrosion cracking.The poor weld formation and incomplete penetration of the root caused the chloride in the process medium to accumulate at the welding defects,which increased the sensitivity of stress corrosion cracking.Finally,the improvement suggestions were put forward to reduce the possibility of chlorine-induced stress corrosion cracking.
