基于Malmquist指数的安徽省粮食全要素生产率分析

摘  要:基于2005—2020年安徽省各市面板数据,采用Malmquist指数测算出粮食全要素生产率。研究发现,安徽省的粮食生产效率在缓慢提升,年平均增长率为0.7%。其中,技术进步是粮食生产的核心动力,安徽省在粮食生产上具有一定创新成果。当技术效率变化指数进一步分解为纯技术进步指数和规模效率指数时,发现纯技术效率和规模效率总体上均有所下降,且对技术效率具有负向影响,技术效率变化呈下降趋势与纯技术效率基本变动趋同。据此,提出建议:安徽省应继续农业科技的创新与研发,在马鞍山、淮北、铜陵等地级市合理扩大生产规模,同时注重制定差异化粮食生产政策。Based on the panel data of cities in Anhui Province from 2005 to 2020,the Malmquist index was used to calculate the total factor productivity of grain.The study found that Anhui's grain production efficiency is slowly improving,with an average annual growth rate of 0.7%.Among them,technological progress is the core driving force of grain production,and Anhui has certain innovative achievements in grain production.When the change index of technical efficiency is further decomposed into pure technological progress index and scale efficiency index,it is found that both pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency have decreased on the whole,and have a negative impact on technical efficiency,and the change of technical efficiency shows a downward trend and converges with the basic change of pure technical efficiency.Based on the results of the study,some suggestions were put forward,such as Anhui should continue the innovation and research and development of agricultural science and technology,reasonably expand the scale of production in Ma'anshan,Huaibei,Tongling and other cities,and pay attention to formulating differentiated grain production policies.
