摘 要:粮食产后服务数字化提升发展是新质生产力在粮食产后服务体系建设中的生动实践。文章阐述了山东省的粮食产业总体情况、粮食生产管理模式以及粮食产业特点,从建设主体与建设模式、产业链条延伸服务以及运营成效三个方面总结了山东省粮食产后服务体系建设现状,分析了山东省粮食产后服务体系数字化建设中关键环节数字化程度不高、数据共享赋能不足和人才素养有待提升等短板与不足,从坚持政策引导加强科学规划、聚焦薄弱环节重视协同创新以及注重数字素养优化便民服务等方面提出了相关政策建议。Grain post-production service digitalization to enhance the development of the new quality of productivity in the construction of grain post-production service system in the vivid practice.The article described the overall situation of the food industry in Shandong Province,food production management mode and characteristics of the food industry,from the construction of the main body and mode,the industrial chain extension services and operational effectiveness of the current situation of Shandong.It also analyzes the shortcomings and deficiencies in the digital construction of Shandong's grain post-production service system,such as the low degree of digitization of key links,insufficient data sharing and empowerment,and the need to improve human resources,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations in terms of adhering to the policy guidance to strengthen scientific planning,focusing on the weak links,emphasizing synergistic innovation,and focusing on the optimization of people's convenience services with digital literacy.
