摘 要:稻谷是辽宁省主要的粮食作物之一,研究选取了辽宁省不同产地稻谷对其基本营养及质量指标进行测定,利用主成分和聚类分析的方法,对辽宁省地区地产稻谷品质进行综合评价。结果表明:对29个稻谷样品进行主成分分析可得到4个主成分,累计方差贡献率76.475%,综合得分前三位排名盐丰47(12号)>盐丰47(23号)>盐粳927。对29个稻谷样品进行聚类分析,聚类1的案例数为9,聚类2中的案例为3,聚类3的案例数17。Rice is one of the main grain crops in Liaoning Province.In this study,the basic nutrition and quality indexes of rice from different producing areas were determined by principal component analysis and cluster analysis in Liaoning Province,the quality of rice in Liaoning was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that 4 principal components were obtained by principal component analysis of 29 rice varieties,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 76.475%.The three leading comprehensive scores were Yanfeng 47>Yanfeng 1>Yanjing 927.Cluster analysis was carried out on 29 varieties of rice,the number of cases in cluster 1 was 9,the number of cases in cluster 2 was 3,and the number of cases in cluster 3 was 17.
