摘　　要：筒仓是原燃料煤储运系统中重要设施。从圆形储煤筒仓的工艺布置、设备选型、物料体积计算和防爆装置等方面,总结了筒仓工艺设计要点,重点分析了其进料和出料设备的结构型式及工作原理,对比计算了不同进料和出料形式下的物料体积,为筒仓进料和出料形式设计提供依据。Silo is an important facility in the raw fuel coal storage and transportation system.From the perspectives of process layout,equipment selection,material volume calculation and explosion-proof device of circular coal storage silo,key considerations of silo process design are presented,the construction type and working principle of its feeding and discharging equipment are examined,and the material volumes under different feeding and discharging means are compared and calculated,so as to provide a basis for the design of silo feeding and discharging means.
