摘 要:针对某冶炼厂湿法氨浸分银—水合肼沉银—银转炉吹炼除杂工艺存在的严重环境污染问题,试验采用亚钠分银—甲醛还原工艺从分金渣中回收银,对比分析了甲醛直接还原和甲醛间接还原两种工艺的优缺点,认为采用亚硫酸钠分银—分银液破络合—氯化银氧化酸浸除杂—甲醛还原氯化银工艺代替原生产工艺,可提高系统稳定性和粗银粉的质量,每年可为企业增加效益至少138.69万元。In view of the serious environmental pollution problem in the wet ammonia leaching separation of silver separation-hydrazine hydrate precipitation-silver rotary furnace smeltering impurity removal process in a smelter,the experiment employs sodium sulfite silver separation-formaldehyde reduction process to recover silver from gold slag,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two processes of formaldehyde direct reduction and formaldehyde indirect reduction are compared and examined.It is concluded that the sodium sulfite silver separation-silver separation solution complex breaking-silver chloride oxidation leaching impurity removal-formaldehyde reduction of silver chloride process replaces the original production process,it can improve the stability of the system and the quality of coarse silver powder,and can increase the benefits of the enterprise by at least 1.3869 million yuan per year.
