摘 要:金属腐蚀可对结构工程部件造成损坏,影响材料的正常功能,使其在服役过程中迅速失效。在金属材料中,贵金属Ag、Au、Pt等具有良好的耐蚀性,但高成本和较差的力学性能限制了它们的应用。高熵合金由于其优异的耐腐蚀性能逐渐成为广大学者的研究热点。综述了近年来对于高熵合金及其涂层抗腐蚀性能的研究,归纳了合金成分对其耐蚀性的影响。从微观组织结构、成分分布、析出相、陶瓷颗粒等角度阐述了合金成分对腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流密度、点蚀电位以及腐蚀速率等的影响,并指出了在此领域存在的问题及今后努力的方向,可为后续开发具有优异耐蚀性能的高熵合金及其涂层提供借鉴。Metal corrosion can cause damage to structural engineering components,affecting the normal function of the material and causing it to fail rapidly in service.Among metal materials,precious metals such as Ag,Au,Pt,etc.have good corrosion resistance.However,high cost and relatively poor mechanical properties limit their application,so high-entropy alloys(HEA)have gradually become the research hotspot of scholars due to their excellent corrosion resistance.The research on the corrosion resistance of high-entropy alloys and their coatings in recent years was reviewed,and the effects of alloy composition on the corrosion resistance were summarized.From the perspective of microstructure,composition distribution,precipitation phase,ceramic particles,etc.,the influence of alloy composition on the corrosion potential,corrosion current density,pitting potential,and corrosion rate,etc.were illustrated,and the problems in the field and the direction of future efforts were pointed out,which could be used as a reference for the subsequent development of high entropy alloys and their coatings with excellent corrosion resistance.
