摘 要:针对薄壁高强度铝合金壳体产品的制造技术需求,开展了ZL205A铝合金电弧增材制造工艺及力学性能研究。结果表明,当ZL205A铝合金电弧增材制造工艺为:送丝速度6~9 m/min、增材速度0.01~0.02 m/s、电压130%~140%时可获得成形形貌良好、内部组织均匀的ZL205A壳体样件。采用固溶+时效热处理工艺,即固溶温度540℃、固溶时间600 min、淬火温度40℃、时效温度160℃、时效时间240 min,样件抗拉强度达到444~455 MPa,伸长率达到9%~10%,获得了良好的综合力学性能。Aiming at the manufacturing technology requirements of thin-walled high-strength aluminum alloy shell products,the wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)process and mechanical properties of ZL205A aluminum alloy were studied.The results show that when the WAAM process of ZL205A aluminum alloy is as follows:the wire feeding speed is 6-9 m/min,the welding speed is 0.01-0.02 m/s,and the voltage is 130%-140%,the ZL205A shell sample with good forming morphology and uniform internal structure can be obtained.The solid solution and aging heat treatment process is adopted,that is,the solid solution temperature is 540℃,the solid solution time is 600 min,the quenching temperature is 40℃,the aging temperature is 160℃,and the aging time is 240 min.The tensile strength of the sample is in the range of 444-455 MPa,and the elongation is in the range of 9%-10%,and the good comprehensive mechanical properties are obtained.
