摘 要:以某300 MW流化床锅炉机组因引风机失速引发的出力急剧下降,甚至丧失抽吸能力,进而引发炉膛压力迅速上升,最终导致锅炉MFT跳闸及主再热蒸汽温度突降的事故过程为例,深入分析了流化床锅炉引风机突然失速引发事故的应对策略。此类事故在流化床机组中发生频率较高,一旦主再热蒸汽温度突降,极易引发机组负荷骤降,严重时甚至可能导致风机叶片损坏等设备硬件损伤。若能提前预防或在事故发生时采取恰当的应对措施,将显著减轻此类事故的不良影响。This paper delves into the incident process of a 300 MW fluidized bed boiler unit that experienced a sudden loss of induced draft fan performance,leading to a sharp decline in output,a complete loss of suction capacity,a rapid increase in furnace pressure,and ultimately resulting in a boiler MFT(Main Fuel Trip)shutdown as well as an abrupt drop in main and reheater steam temperature.By analyzing this case study,the paper examines response strategies for managing stall events in the induced draft fans of fluidized bed boilers.Such incidents are relatively frequent in fluidized bed boiler units;a sudden decrease in the temperature of the main and reheated steam can easily cause a dramatic reduction in unit load and,in severe cases,may lead to hardware damage such as fan blade failure.The adverse impacts of these incidents can be significantly mitigated through preventive measures or appropriate responses taken at the onset of an event.
