摘　　要：文章通过分析风险投资项目评估中面临的存在问题,研究如何克服传统评估方法的局限,如何优化评估流程、降低信息不对称、优化资源配置等,探讨科技成果评价在风险投资项目中的应用模式。提出要构建完善的理论体系、打造多维度评估指标、强化投资环境全视角评估及加速科技成果高效转化的对策,才能降低风险投资项目存在的风险,有效提升投资决策的科学性与合理性。This paper analyzes the issues faced in venture capital project evaluation,focusing on how to overcome the limitations of traditional evaluation methods,optimize evaluation processes,reduce information asymmetry,and optimize resource allocation.It explores the application mode of scientific and technological achievement evaluation in venture capital project evaluation and proposes countermeasures to establish a comprehensive theoretical system,create multi-dimensional evaluation indicators,strengthen a holistic evaluation of the investment environment,and accelerate the efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements.These measures aim to reduce the risks associated with venture capital projects and effectively enhance the scientificity and rationality of investment decisions.
