民办高校产教融合服务地方经济的四重困局与消解路径

摘　　要：民办高校产教融合在服务地方经济方面具有不可或缺的作用,却在校企合作深度广度、服务地方经济能力、产教融合体制机制、政策体系支持等方面存在多重困局,文章指出,加强民办高校与地方产业的精准对接、提升民办高校服务地方经济社会发展的能力、健全民办高校产教融合的体制机制、完善政府支持和引导民办高校产教融合的政策体系等是破解当前困局的主要路径。The integration of industry and education in private universities plays an indispensable role in serving the local economy.However,there are currently multiple dilemmas in terms of the depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation,the ability to serve the local economy,the institutional mechanisms for the integration of industry and education,and support from the policy system.The article points out that strengthening the precise connection between private universities and local industries,enhancing the ability of private universities to serve the local economic and social development,improving the institutional mechanisms for the integration of industry and education in private universities,and improving the policy system of government support and guidance for the integration of industry and education in private universities are the main paths to break the current deadlock.
