摘  要:文章探析专业用户生产内容平台用户数字囤积行为的影响因素,为用户体验感的优化提供建议。以哔哩哔哩为例,主要采用计划行为理论,构建专业用户生产内容平台用户数字囤积行为影响因素模型,通过问卷调查收集数据,利用软件SPSS和AMOS进行数据分析。态度、主观规范等对用户的数字囤积意愿产生正向影响。专业用户生产内容平台可通过减少无用信息干扰等方式应对用户基于收藏的数字囤积行为。同时,用户可通过设定优先级和目标、进行有效的信息管理来克服数字囤积行为。This article explores the influencing factors of digital hoarding behavior among professional user generated content platforms,and provides suggestions for optimizing user experience.Taking Bilibili as an example,this paper mainly adopts the theory of planned behavior to construct a model of the influencing factors of digital hoarding behavior among professional user generated content platform users.Data is collected through questionnaire surveys and analyzed using software SPSS and AMOS.Attitudes,subjective norms,and other factors have a positive impact on users’willingness to hoard numbers.professional user generated content platforms can respond to users’digital hoarding behavior based on collections by reducing the interference of useless information.Meanwhile,users can overcome digital hoarding behavior by setting priorities and goals,and implementing effective information management.
