摘 要:目的探讨成人依恋、生命意义感、焦点解决思维与大学生抑郁之间的关系及内在作用机制,揭示大学生抑郁的影响因素,为大学生抑郁的干预工作提供理论依据。方法采用成人依恋量表、生命意义感量表、焦点解决思维量表、抑郁自评量表对1095名大学生施测。采用Pearson相关分析,探究各量表得分间的关系;采用Bootstrap法分析生命意义感在成人依恋和抑郁间的中介作用。结果大学生的依恋焦虑、依恋回避与抑郁两两之间均呈正相关(r=0.42,0.33);依恋焦虑、依恋回避、抑郁均与生命意义感(r=-0.27,-0.15,-0.38)、焦点解决思维(r=-0.22,-0.08,-0.38)呈负相关;均P<0.01。依恋焦虑、依恋回避既可以直接影响大学生抑郁,也可以通过生命意义感的中介作用对抑郁产生间接影响,中介效应占总效应的比例分别为18.16%、15.86%;焦点解决思维在上述中介作用的前后半段均起调节作用。结论生命意义感在依恋焦虑、依恋回避对大学生抑郁的影响中起部分中介作用,且该中介效应受到焦点解决思维的调节,训练个体的焦点解决思维可能有助于提升生命意义感、降低抑郁情绪。Objective To explore the relationships and underlying mechanisms among adult attachment,sense of life meaning,solution-focused thinking,and depression in college students,reveal the influencing factors of college students’depression,and provide a theoretical basis for depression intervention.Methods A total of 1095 college students were assessed using the adult attachment scale,the life meaning scale,the solution-focused thinking scale,and the depression self-rating scale.Using Pearson correlation analysis to explore the relationship between scores on various scales,using the Bootstrap method to analyze the mediating role of sense of meaning in life between adult attachment and depression.Results There were positive correlations between attachment anxiety,attachment avoidance,and depression(r=0.42,0.33).Attachment anxiety,attachment avoidance,and depression were all negatively correlated with life meaning(r=-0.27,-0.15,-0.38)and solution-focused thinking(r=-0.22,-0.08,-0.38),all with P<0.01.Attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance can not only directly affect college students’depression,but also indirectly affect depression through the mediating effect of life meaning,with the mediating effect accounting for 18.16%and 15.86%of the total effect,respectively;solution-focused thinking plays a moderating role in both halves of the aforementioned mediation.Conclusions The sense of life meaning plays a part of the mediating role in the effects of attachment anxiety and avoidance on college students’depression,and the mediating effect is influenced by the moderating effect of solution-of-focus thinking.Training individuals in solution-focused thinking may help to enhance life meaning and reduce depressive emotions.
