摘　　要：国家“双一流”建设背景下,基本科学指标数据库(ESI)成为评价学科竞争力和科研水平的重要参考依据。文章基于ESI和InCites,选取国家计划单列城市青岛与深圳对标,以两座城市入围ESI全球前1%学科高校为研究对象,检索Web of Science论文数、被引频次、引文影响力、高被引论文、被引情况、高水平论文数等指标,从科研生产力、影响力、创新力、发展力4个维度,对两座城市15所高校进行了研究与比较,旨在为计划单列城市高校提升科研创新能力与学科竞争力提供数据依据,在高校“双一流”建设中取得更大成效。Against the backdrop of the national“Double First-class”initiative,the Essential Science Indicators(ESI)database has become an important reference for evaluating the competitiveness of disciplines and the level of scientific research.Based on ESI and InCites,this study selects Qingdao and Shenzhen,two national single-plan cities,as benchmarks,and takes universities in these two cities that have entered the ESI global top 1%disciplines as the research subjects.It retrieves indicators such as the number of Web of Science papers,citation frequency,citation impact,highly cited papers,citation situation,and the number of high-level papers.From the four dimensions of scientific research productivity,influence,innovation,and development,this study conducts research and comparison on 15 universities in the two cities,aiming to provide a data basis for universities in single-plan cities to enhance their scientific research innovation capabilities and disciplinary competitiveness,and to achieve greater results in the“Double First-class”construction of universities.
