摘 要:中国作为最大的渔业捕捞国,渔船保有量大,但老旧渔船占比较高,存在性能优化程度不足等问题,因此开展渔船船型的优化研究具有较大的市场和现实意义。基于SBD(simulationbaseddesign)技术搭建了船舶水动力性能优化平台。以某渔船为研究对象,借助多种几何重构方法实现全船及尾部区域的半参数化变形,采用体积力法作为自航性能的评估手段,结合Sobol算法和切线搜索法的组合优化策略,开展了基于自航性能的渔船船型优化设计。结果表明,相较于母型船,优化船的自航性能指标改善了6.5%,总阻力减小了2.59%,收到功率减小了0.47%,证明了该优化方法的有效性。As the largest producer of fishery catches,China possesses a substantial fleet of fishing vessels.However,a significant proportion of these vessels are outdated,facing issues such as insufficient performance optimization.Therefore,conducting research on the optimization of fishing vessel profile holds significant market and practical importance.Utilizing simulation-based design(SBD)technology,a ship hydrodynamic performance optimization platform was established.Focusing on a specific fishing vessel,this study employed various geometric reconstruction methods to achieve semi-parametric deformation of the whole vessel and aft region.The volume force method was adopted to evaluate self-propulsion performance,and an optimization strategy combining the Sobol algorithm and tangent search method was implemented for the design of fishing vessel hull optimization based on self-propulsion performance.The results indicate that compared to the original vessel,the optimized vessel’s self-propulsion performance index improved by 6.5%,total resistance decreased by 2.59%,and required power reduced by 0.47%,demonstrating the effectiveness of the optimization method.
