摘  要:针对暴露在户外环境的机箱,其面临周边环境性恶劣、机箱使用空间有限、轻量化等问题。本文提出一种密闭天线机箱结构设计方案,便于满足天线机箱轻量化、小型化、防雨防尘、并在高温环境下具备良好散热的技术指标要求。整机以六边形设计为主体,底部法兰为直径220mm的圆盘,总高度为105mm,采用散热性好的6系铝合金,对机箱内热量最高的功放模块采用风冷散热,设计单独的风扇安装区域以及散热齿,通过UG仿真模块进行热仿真分析,其结果显示,环境温度为55℃时,芯片升温到78.6℃,低于许用温度90℃,满足使用指标,机箱设计合理有效。This paper addresses the challenges faced by outdoor antenna cabinets,such as harsh surrounding environment,limited usage space,and requirement for lightweight design.A sealed antenna cabinet structure design scheme is proposed to meet the technical requirements of the antenna cabinets for lightweight,miniaturized,and rain and dust proof performance,and to ensure adequate heat dissipation under high temperature conditions.The entire cabinet is designed with a hexagonal shape,with a bottom flange disc of a diameter of 220mm.The cabinet has an overall height of 105mm.The cabinet is made of 6000 series aluminum alloy which has good heat dissipation properties.In addition,a forced air cooling method is used for the power amplifier module which generates the most heat inside the cabinet.A separate area for fan installation and heat dissipation fins is designed.Thermal simulation analysis is conducted using the UG simulation module.The results show that the chip temperature rises to 78.6℃ when the ambient temperature is 55℃,which is below the allowable temperature of 90℃,meeting the operational requirements.The antenna cabinet design is rational and effective.
