论非日常新闻“私人化”的内涵、表现、实现方式及影响

摘　　要：非日常新闻是指主体的新闻实践面向公共领域并为社会公共利益服务的新闻。非日常新闻的“私人化”是指非日常新闻进入私人日常生活的活动,主要表现为两种方式:一是普通民众成为直接的非日常新闻生产传播主体;二是以专业新闻机构为主生产的非日常新闻“下沉”到社会大众日常生活之中的现象。非日常新闻的私人化一直存在于人类的新闻活动中,但是进入到数字时代后,非日常新闻的私人化才成为直接而普遍的现象。在大众媒介时代,非日常新闻的私人化主要由专业媒体机构与职业新闻从业者主导。进入数字时代后,私人化的过程主要发生在职业主体与业余主体的“协商共事”之中。在数字新闻生态和数字媒介环境中,职业主体与业余主体的合作共事更有利于非日常新闻私人化的完全实现。职业主体要以专业性为标准提高非日常新闻的质量,业余主体则要在与职业主体的理性交往和协作共事中发挥自身的作用和价值。非日常新闻的私人化对于数字时代的新闻实践与新闻研究都具有重要意义及影响。在实践层面,这一现象能够使非日常新闻的公共价值更加真实而普遍地实现;在学术层面,非日常新闻的私人化及其产生的影响为数字时代的新闻研究提供了新的问题领域。Nondaily news refers to news that the subject's news practice is oriented towards the public domain and serves the public interest of society.The“privatization”of nondaily news refers to the activity of nondaily news entering private daily life,mainly manifested in two ways:one is that ordinary public become the direct subject of nondaily news production and dissemination;the second is the“sinking”of nondaily news produced by professional news organizations into the daily lives of the general public.The“privatization”of nondaily news has always existed in human news activities,but it has only become a direct and widespread phenomenon in the digital age.In the era of mass media,the“privatization”of nondaily news is mainly led by professional media organizations and professional journalists.In the digital age,the process of“privatization”mainly occurs in the“negotiation and cooperation”between professional and amateur subjects.In the digital news ecosystem and digital media environment,the cooperation and collaboration between professional and amateur subjects are more conducive to the complete realization of the“privatization”of nondaily news.Professional subjects should improve the quality of nondaily news based on professionalism,while amateur subjects should play their role and value in rational communication and collaboration with professional subjects.The“privatization”of nondaily news is of great significance for news practice and research in the digital age.On the practical level,this phenomenon can make the public value of nondaily news more real and universally realized;At the academic level,the“privatization”of nondaily news and its resulting impacts provide new problem areas for news research in the digital age.
