摘　　要：埃德加·爱伦·坡文学批评的价值和贡献未曾像他的文学创作那样得到批评家的一致认可。虽然许多英美诗人不愿公开承认坡的影响,但他的诗歌批评实践和诗学理念深刻影响了法国和俄国象征主义、纯诗派和唯美主义,甚至一些美国本土诗人。坡小说批评中的重要术语诸如“单一效果”“效果统一”和“意义的潜流”等成为后世短篇小说理论家讨论的重心。坡对艺术形式和艺术品本身的关注为20世纪新批评运动奏响了先声。尽管偶尔呈现出一定的个人主义局限性,坡的文学批评对19世纪以来的世界文学产生了广泛而深远的影响。The value and contributions of Edgar Allan Poe’s literary criticism have not received unanimous recognition from critics as his literary creations have.While most English and American poets are reluctant to publicly acknowledge Poe’s influence,his criticism of poetry and poetic concepts have deeply influenced French and Russian Symbolism,Pure Poetry,Aestheticism and even some American poets.Important terms in Poe’s fiction criticism such as“single effect”,“unity of effect”and“undercurrent of meaning”become the focus of later short story theorists.Poe’s extreme attention to artistic form and the art object itself heralds the new critical movement of the 20th century.Despite occasionally displaying a certain degree of personal limitations,Poe’s literary criticism exerts a broad and profound influence on world literature since the 19th century.
