摘 要:滴灌技术在全国尤其是新疆地区的农业生产中广泛使用。因此,每年需将大量铺设在农田的滴灌带进行回收。然而,目前田间滴灌带机械化回收依然存在滴灌带易断裂、回收效率低及回收的滴灌带掺杂多等问题。本文重点阐述了国内外滴灌带回收机作业性能及发展现状,分析了滴灌带回收过程中其断裂原因及防断带技术的研究进展,总结归纳了滴灌带回收关键技术问题以及降低滴灌带断裂频率的技术方法。对田间滴灌带机械化回收装备与关键技术今后的研究重点及发展方向进行了展望,以期为我国田间滴灌带机械化与自动化回收装备的研发提供借鉴与参考。Drip irrigation technology is widely used in agricultural production nationwide,especially in Xinjiang.Therefore,a large amount of drip irrigation belts laid on farmland need to be recovered every year.However,currently there are still a series of problems with the mechanized recovery of drip irrigation belts in the field,such as easy breakage of drip irrigation belts,low recovery efficiency,and excessive doping of recovered drip irrigation belts.In this paper,the operation performance and development status of drip irrigation belt recovery machine at home and abroad were described.The causes of breakage during the drip irrigation belt recovery process and the research progress of anti-breakage technology were analyzed in detail.The key technical issues of drip irrigation belt recovery and the technical methods to reduce the frequency of drip irrigation belt breakage were summarized.In addition,it looks forward to the future research focus and development direction of mechanized recovery equipment and key technologies for field drip irrigation belt,in order to provide reference for the research and development of mechanized and automated recycling equipment for field drip irrigation belts in China.
